About these terms

Totono is operated by Alex Studnička. These terms apply to the Totono website, workspaces, and the Totono plugin for ChatGPT. By using Totono, you agree to these terms. If you use Totono for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization and follow its policies.

Accounts and workspace data

Use your own account and keep your sign-in details secure. Workspace owners control who can access their workspace and its records. You may use the service only for records and actions you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

Your organization is responsible for the content it adds to its workspace and for deciding which of its users may connect third-party services.

ChatGPT plugin

Connecting Totono to ChatGPT is optional. You choose a Totono workspace and grant read access, with optional write access. Totono still checks your membership, permissions, enabled modules, and applicable subscription restrictions on every request. ChatGPT receives the permitted Totono results needed to answer your request. OpenAI operates ChatGPT under its own terms and privacy policy.

The plugin supports routine edits only after a preview and your explicit confirmation in chat. An edit may trigger normal Totono notifications, calendar updates, or automations, as described in its preview. Review the workspace, changes, and effects before confirming. Sending, calling, signing, approvals, deletions, payments, credential changes, and access administration are outside the plugin.

You can disconnect ChatGPT in your Totono profile. Disconnecting revokes that connection's further access; changes already made in Totono remain subject to the workspace's normal controls.

Service access and changes

Totono may restrict access to protect the service, respond to unlawful use, or enforce workspace permissions. Features may change. If we update these terms, we will post the updated version and its effective date here.
